Team Member Spotlight

A note from Viv:

As a veteran technology professional, I blend a diverse technical knowledge base with a keen eye for problem-solving of procurement and finance challenges. With almost 3 decades in IT, and a decade and a half supporting the public sector, I’ve gained immense experience building solutions, leading projects, and supporting continuous transition and change for my customers.

Technology is often one piece of a multifaceted issue. Over many years, I’ve learned to help my customers build holistic solutions that take into account staffing challenges, budget constraints, tight schedules, and relevant technology concerns or implementation issues.

I’ve also been fortunate to have amazing customers and, through our partnership, we’ve collaborated to create a massive, sustained impact for their departments, their end users, and for them. I look forward to continuing to do this with my customers today, and for many others in the future.

As I move forward with the rest of the DOF team, I look forward to continuing to support the many customers and leaders that have allowed me to help them over the years. I’m excited to help my colleagues create new strategies that can benefit all of the customers we support, providing relevant innovations to the organizations that have chosen us to be their IT provider.
