Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
DOF Creations Job location: United States (Remote)
$20 an hour with a 10% commission paid on profits.
Job Description
DOF Creations, LLC is seeking experienced ISRs to find and manage customer accounts. These customers will be private sector entities ranging from small to mid size businesses.
- Prior experience in technology sales and account management
- Knowledge of technology solutions and issues, including:
- Major cybersecurity events over the last 6 months
- How enterprise technology supports day-to-day business operations
- Common practices to manage IT security risk
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Prospect call preparation, including company background research and other pertinent lead information
- Identify customer’s buying trends and provide reports to management
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- At least 1 – 3 years of IT sales experience
- Experience with cold calling IT departments
- Knowledge of IT services, cybersecurity, and networking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Outgoing personality, team player, hard worker.
